Management of the Development

Management
Courtyard Gardens has a long-serving relationship with its management company.
It has an resident Development Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the complex.
A regulated service charge for the development is budgeted to maintain the complex to an incredibly high standard.
The service charge is assessed and agreed each year by the Residents Association.

Residents Association
All residents are automatically members of the Residents' Association and a committee of eight are drawn by annual ballot.
The Residents' Association works closely with the Resident Manager and the Management Company to ensure that the development is properly maintained in a cost effective manner.

WROTHAM VILLAGE
Wrotham is a village on the Pilgrims’ Way in Kent, at the foot of the North Downs. It is a mile north of Borough Green and 8 miles east of Sevenoaks. It has easy access to the M20 and M26 motorways.
The village has three pubs, a convenience shop, hairdressers - all within easy walking distance of Courtyard Gardens. There is also a bus route.
